CI Capital PE for Fund Management and Investment (CIPE), a subsidiary of CI Capital Holding (CICH.CA), Egypt’s leading diversified financial services group, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with engazaat | the Solar Water Company to launch the region’s first green infrastructure fund focused on the Water-Energy-Food (WEF) nexus.
The “SAVE Fund” aims to attract USD 200 million in private investments from local and international institutions. The signing ceremony took place at CI Capital Headquarters, attended by senior executives from both organizations.

Dual-Structure Fund: ADGM and Egypt
The SAVE Fund will be established in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). A mirror fund in Egypt will also be created to enable broader investor participation and mobilize both local and international capital.
