Furthermore, the expansion supports company plans to increase exports significantly. In addition, Cairo 3A focuses on meeting the rising demand in international markets. As a result, the factory is now better equipped to serve European Union countries with high-quality products.
Advanced Technology and Massive Output
Moreover, the factory now features 22 state-of-the-art extraction machines. Notably, the annual production capacity has reached 220,000 tons of fresh oranges. He stated that opening Phase 3 is a strategic step toward maximizing the value of Egyptian agriculture. Additionally, El Gamil emphasized that the group uses the latest global extraction technologies. Hence, Egyptian products can now achieve stronger competitiveness in international markets. A Comprehensive Portfolio of High-Value Products
Besides citrus, the Qutoof factory offers a wide range of premium products. For instance, the portfolio includes citrus concentrates, essential citrus oils, and NFC (Not From Concentrate) juices. Also, the factory produces high-quality strawberry and mango purees. Moreover, it specializes in pomegranate concentrates and natural pomegranate juices. Consequently, these products target the largest food and beverage manufacturers across Europe.
International Certifications and Quality Standards
Importantly, the project has secured a wide array of prestigious international accreditations. First, it obtained Halal and Kosher certifications to meet diverse market needs. Second, the facility earned BRC, SMETA, and FSSC 22000 certifications. Additionally, it is listed on the “White Lists” of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Therefore, these certifications reflect the company’s deep commitment to food safety, sustainability, and global compliance.
