NDS Group and Rox Motors Sign Strategic MoU to Establish Egypt as a Regional Hub for the Middle East and Europe
In a significant move for the regional automotive sector, NDS Group (Nour Eldin Elsherif) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rox Motors.
This partnership aims to position Egypt as a key regional gateway and a primary logistics hub serving North Africa, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa, with future plans for European expansion.
The collaboration leverages Egypt’s strategic geographic location and advanced infrastructure, focusing on the Alexandria Free Zone as a central node for distributing ROX vehicles and establishing a regional spare parts warehouse.

The agreement was formalized during an official visit by ROX Motor’s top management to Cairo.
This visit coincided with the successful launch of the ROX ADAMAS and the opening of a state-of-the-art showroom and service center, marking a new chapter in the brand’s expansion within the Egyptian and regional markets.

NDS Group has already made a significant impact on the local market by introducing two flagship models: the ROX 01 and the ROX ADAMAS.
