OPPO Egypt, ITIDA and Nile University Continue Empowering Egypt’s Future Technology Talent Through Third Phase of Training Initiative
• The latest phase provides Nile University students with practical exposure to customer service and after sales operations, complementing their academic learning with real-world industry experience
Cairo, Egypt, September 28, 2026: OPPO Egypt, in collaboration with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and Nile University, has completed the third phase of its ongoing training initiative, providing students with opportunities to gain practical knowledge and a closer understanding of professional environments within the technology industry.
The latest phase brought together students from Nile University’s technology-related disciplines for an in-depth introduction to customer service and after-sales operations. Through the training, students were introduced to real-world processes, professional standards and day-to-day operations, giving them a clearer perspective on the skills and career paths available within the industry.
Building on the previous phases of the initiative, the collaboration brings together the expertise of the private sector, government and academia to create opportunities for students to complement their academic knowledge with industry exposure. The training also reflects the importance of developing talent with skills that respond to the evolving needs of the technology sector.
